Any data we collect is used to fulfil your order, because there is a legal obligation, or because there is a legitimate interest for us and/or you.

Personal Information

When you submit any data through brandattic.com the information you submit is totally safe and secure. Brand Attic complies fully with all applicable Data Protection and consumer legislation, and we’ll treat all your personal information as fully confidential.

Placing an order

When you place an order we will always need to collect name, address and payment details from you to fulfil our contract with you. We will only share this information with 3rd parties where it is essential (e.g. address details with our couriers, payment details with our payment service provider).

When it comes to payment details, this is all done in a secure process and Brand Attic will never hold any of your payment details directly.

For email addresses and mobile telephone numbers, we will share these with our courier network so that they provide you with updates and notifications related to your delivery.

Marketing

If you opt in to our email newsletter we will then use your email address to send you email marketing communications. This will be done by our 3rd party email service provider, and we may also segment and target you within different customer groups to give you a more relevant message and update you on products that will be of more interest. You can opt out of our email marketing at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of any of our email newsletters, or by changing your marketing preferences within My Account.

We’ll only hold on to your information for as long as you are a customer. If you haven’t logged onto our website for four years we will delete your information from our systems. If you no longer wish to be a customer, you can also contact our Customer Care team and request to delete all the information we have on you.

If reasonably necessary or required to meet legal or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our Terms & Conditions, we may also keep hold of some of your information as required, even after you have closed your account or it is no longer needed to provide the services to you
